This is an excellent option if you have a family-style breakfast at the reception. If you have a sit-down breakfast at the reception, you can make this at your rehearsal dinner or during a rehearsal.
What to Eat

To save time, you can make the breakfast burritos and have them in a cooler, ready to eat. You can even make them ahead of time and leave them in the cooler in your car or bring them to the rehearsal dinner as an appetizer. You can do this the night before the wedding, but make sure you get them out of the cooler and reheated well before the wedding.
